How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat, excluding holidays). US Standard shipping takes 10–20 business days and costs $5, free on orders over $500. US Express (5–10 business days) costs $25. International shipping via DHL Express, USPS or FedEx is calculated at checkout. Full details on our Shipping Policy.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns if you received the wrong model, or the item arrived damaged in transit. Report it within 48 hours of delivery and return shipping is on us. See the Refund Policy for full details.
How do I choose the right size?
Footwear is listed in EU sizing with a US conversion on each product page. Rings, bracelets and belts list their measured length rather than a generic size. Where a piece runs small or large we say so in the description — and if you are between sizes, write to us and we will check the measurement before you order.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed within 24–48 hours of shipment. You can follow the parcel any time on our Track Your Order page.
Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
For international shipments the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or VAT/GST levied by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are set by your local customs authority.
